How does the In-Store service work?
At Miracle Fixers, our In-Store service is designed to be quick and hassle-free:
- Book Your Repair: Call us, book online, or simply walk into one of our locations to schedule your repair.
- Confirmation Email: If you book online or by phone, you’ll receive an email confirming your booking slot for an express repair.
- Visit the Store: Bring your device to your chosen Miracle Fixers branch on the confirmed date and time.
- Diagnosis and Repair: Once we receive your device, we’ll diagnose and repair the confirmed fault, often while you wait.
- Pick Up Your Device: After the repair is complete, your device will be available for collection at the counter.

How does the Mail-In service work?
Once your order is booked, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a prepaid postage label. Simply pack your device, attach the label, and send it from any post office. After receiving it, we’ll diagnose and repair the fault. Once repaired, we’ll return your device with tracked delivery (turnaround time is 3-5 days).
Can you fix my device in my house or office?
Our courier service is only for collection and delivery. They cannot provide on-site repairs or answer technical questions. Your device will be sent to the nearest Miracle Fixers branch for repair. Once completed, it will be returned to your chosen location. For straightforward repairs, the turnaround time is usually 3-5 hours.
How much does it cost to Collect & Deliver?
The collection and delivery service is free within a 3-mile radius of our selected branches. We also cover London Zones 1-6. For areas beyond 3 miles, there may be an additional fee based on your postcode. Call us at (0800 678 5902) to check availability in your area.
What is the turnaround time of a repair?
The turnaround time depends on the type of repair. On average:
- In-store repairs: 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Collect & Deliver service: 3-5 hours

If I use Miracle Fixers, will this void my manufacturer’s warranty?
Using Miracle Fixers’ services typically does not void your manufacturer’s warranty. According to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, manufacturers cannot void a warranty just because a third-party repair service is used.
Additionally, we offer our own lifetime warranty to ensure your device remains protected.
